How strength training is better than cardio

A recent research study published in the journal of sports medicine has revealed that strength training has long-term benefits as compared to other traditional training methods. This study was based on the speed performance in athletes.
  1. Strong Bones
Strength training is best for increasing bone density and strength. The other key advantage of strength training is it prevents the risk of osteoporosis. A research study published in the scientific journal has justified this statement that strength training has found highly effective in improving the overall fitness and notably increasing the bone density and strength.
  1. Testosterone
Testosterone is the principal male sex hormone, and any abnormality in the hormone can lead to severe health complications. Strength training is not only good for overall health, but it has a significant impact on male sex life. A current research investigation has revealed that strength training plays a vital role in improving sexual performance by increased production of tester one.
